VEHICLE ACCESS & SECURITY CONTROL SYSTEM

Vehicle security locking system

A parking pawl is a crucial safety feature designed to prevent an automatic transmission from moving when the vehicle is parked. It operates by engaging a pin (pawl) into a notched wheel on the transmission’s output shaft, effectively locking the output shaft and stopping the movement of the driven wheels.

At Wezu Technologies, we offer comprehensive electric parking brake integration for your vehicle, covering every aspect from system design and software development to design adaptation and refinement.
Currently, parking brake functionality is typically achieved using electrical actuators integrated into the brake system near the wheels. This control mechanism operates on the cross-exchange concept, where the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system serves as the “host” hardware environment. Our custom software module, known as Park Brake Control (PBC), is tailored to both the vehicle and the parking brake component, managing and monitoring the activation of the parking brake.
Wezu Technologies is eager to discuss your functional requirements and develop a PBC that is perfectly suited to your application, ensuring seamless compatibility with your chosen parking brake components.

Key Offerings:

  • Complete System Coordination: We can take charge of the entire brake system, including both parking brake and ESC functionality. This encompasses project coordination, integration, and the final release of all components and functions.
  • Custom Solutions: We offer both complete service packages and individual components tailored to your needs. Share your requirements with us, and we will collaborate to find the optimal approach that leverages our strengths while allowing you to retain control over specific design aspects.

At Wezu Technologies, we utilize only the highest quality automotive products that have been proven in series, coupled with processes and tools from Continental AG, ensuring efficient implementation and outstanding quality.
